The box showed up completely smashed, like nobody bothered to handle it with even the tiniest bit of care. The jewelry pouch looked dirty too, which is just sad for something that’s supposed to feel nice.

I really wanted to like this bracelet because it looked so nice online, and the reviews made it seem like a solid buy. In person though, it felt lighter and a bit cheaper than I expected. After about a week, the clasp started feeling loose, which was disappointing. Maybe I just got one that wasn’t the best, so I’d be curious if other people had the same issue. It’s not terrible, but for the price I was hoping it would feel better made.
